Set Boundaries and Have a Merry Christmas

Does the dread of family gatherings creep in and spoil your anticipation at this beautiful time of year?

Read my post over at Blissfully Domestic for 3 ideas on setting boundaries so you can enjoy the holidays!  Last month, I wrote about handling family gatherings with difficult family members–feel free to take a peek at that one too, if it might help.

Consider them my gift to you.  ðŸ™‚

Merry Christmas!

I’m not here, but I’m there…

As crazy weeks go, this one is right up there.  And I think the rest of the month will be worse, but for all good reasons.  I love being involved with my kids’ schools, I love, love, love coaching basketball, I love writing, editing, and editing again, I love that new appliances, counters, and carpet (long overdue carpet, my friends) are on their way, I love being with friends, working on projects, and reading good books.  But all of those things I love are eating away at my time this week.

So today, a little blog cheat.  I’m not here, but I’ve been busy elsewhere this week.  Click on over to read what I think is a great recipe for friendship, marriage and life, my ideas for roasted pumpkin seeds, or my paper mâché ruminations.
